Announcing Enhancements to Phoenix Simplicity Index Life
Effective Monday, June 4, 2012

Summary of Enhancements:

• New death benefit option now available - Death Benefit Option B offers clients an increasing death benefit equal to the face amount plus the policy value
• New overloan protection feature - helps prevent a heavily loaned policy from lapsing

Application Guidelines: 
To add Death Benefit Option B to cases that are pending on 6/4/2012, agents should:

1. Submit a new signed illustration showing Death Benefit Option B.

2. Submit either an entirely new application or a new application page 5 indicating that they would like to have Death Benefit Option B in their contract by writing: "Death Benefit Option B" in Section 11 - Additional Information.
